Let me FIRST say that I LOVE office supplies…LOVE them. I think that is why I went to graduate school, to get new notebooks, pens, highlighters, sticky notes…
So, at first it was simply because I wanted to buy THIS composition book… and if I bought the composition book I would need some new pens: {anyone reminded of Give A Moose A Muffin?}

Since I REALLY wanted to try out those new pens, I began adding EVERY SINGLE PERSON to that notebook if they responded with a yes or maybe when I asked them the important question: “Would you ever consider doing what I do?”
If they ended up joining my team one of the BEST parts was adding “SIGNED” to the top of the page.

¡Digamos la verdad! Siempre tienes un grupo de personas que quiere unirse a tu equipo, pero no lo hacen. Dejas de darles seguimiento, no eres creativo, no tienes idea de qué regalar a las personas que están interesadas en tu negocio de Paparazzi ... ¡¡Bien!! Estoy aquí para ayudar! ¡Al menos espero que sí!
He creado este paquete de información que envío por correo a personas que desean saber más sobre la oportunidad de Paparazzi. Lo hago de forma personal, ¡y siempre hago el seguimiento dentro de los 2-3 días laborables de enviar el paquete por correo! Aquellos que no pueden unirse, o tienen excusas, ¡está bien! Los pongo en mi diario, para darles seguimiento.

Cómo un cuaderno simple puede ayudarlo a hacer crecer su equipo -Reclutamiento de seguimiento puede ser fácil...
Déjame PRIMERO decir que ME ENCANTAN los materiales de oficina ... ME ENCANTAN. Creo que es por eso que fui a la escuela, para obtener nuevos cuadernos, bolígrafos, marcadores, notas adhesivas...
Entonces, al principio fue simplemente porque quería comprar ESTE libro de composición ... y si compraba el libro de composición necesitaría algunos bolígrafos nuevos.
Como REALMENTE quería probar esos nuevos bolígrafos, comencé a agregar CADA PERSONA a ese cuaderno si respondían con un sí o quizás cuando les hacía la importante pregunta: "¿Alguna vez considerarían hacer lo que hago?"
"Si terminaron uniéndose a mi equipo, una de las MEJORES partes era agregar "FIRMADO" a la parte superior de la página.
¡Me di cuenta de que firmaría a alguien cada 10 páginas! Mi siguiente objetivo era ... ¡lo adivinaste! ¡OBTENGA 10 páginas llenas!!
